1. If our products have quality problems, we will send parts for free, and we will bear the postage.

2.  If our clients need documents needed for marketing or tender. We will fully support and provide videos and pictures of the corresponding products, as well as installation instructions.

All products have a 3~5-year warranty.

Reporting Damages

If your shipment arrives damaged, promptly contact our Customer Service representatives. It is very important to let us know for the very first time.  We will give options accordingly, such as resending or giving you a money refund. etc.  As exporting shipping is long and expensive, we don’t suggest returning, we will find good solutions that make both of us happy.
