- Are you manufacturer? Where are you located?
Yes, we are a manufacturer located in Langfang city, Hebei province. We main focus on medical carts, stainless steel products, and ABS plastic products for 14 years.
- Besides hospital furniture, what're other products do you have? Do you offer other medical equipment such as lights, monitor, electrical blood pressure meter disposables, etc?
We main manufacturer of hospital furniture and healthcare products such as medical carts, screens, beds, cabinets, trolleys, chairs&couches, crutches, wheelchairs, stainless steel storage, trolleys, and sinks, etc. We focus on what we are experts in. If you need other medical product which we don’t have, we will help to source it for you.
- Can you produce base on our sample or our drawings? What's MOQ?
Yes, we can customize according to your specifications or needs. NO MOQ! Accept OEM.
- What's minimum order?
Generally speaking, most of our orders are 20ft containers or 40HQ, accept mixed orders. But in order to support you and establish our business relationship, small orders also can be acceptable. NO MOQ.
- What's delivery time?
10-15 days for most products. 15-20 days for customized products.
- How's my order packing?
Fumigation-free wood box with pallet or 7 layer carton with a pallet for LCL. 5 Layer carton box without pallet for full container. We use reinforced cardboard cartons with clear labeling and external color swatches. Goods are economically packed into snug fitting boxes in order to minimize your cost of shipping.
- I have shipping agency in Guangdong, YiWu, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Tianjin...Can you ship my order directly to our forwarder's warehouse? Free shipping?
Yes, we can ship your order to your forwarder’s warehouse. We offer free shipping for CBM under 10 CMB. For Large volume CBM. We will charge accordingly. The shipping costs depend on the packing volume CBM and G.W. We have good cooperating shipping logistics. The best price will be quoted for your reference then.
- I don't have shipping agency, can you help to arrange shipping?
No problem, we cooperated with our forwarders for many years, you will not only save shipping but also enjoy good service as well. We offer door-to-door service too.
- I don't have company account, Can I pay via Paypal or Credit card or other ways?
No problem, we accept any form of payment ways. Such as WU, Money Gram, Paypal…
- I want to distribute your products. How to start?
